This is the champagne among all teas. Mature and memorable teas with perfect fragrance and aroma. The famed district of Darjeeling is situated on the southern slopes of the Himalayan mountains, its tea estates located at elevations of up to 2,000 meters (about 6,500 feet). Tea bushes grow more slowly at this altitude, thus allowing their prized, fine aroma to form. This tea is considered to be one of the most valuable and finest in the world. The tea "liquor" - as the tea infusion is called - is light in color, has a gentle, light, floral fragrance and is drunk without milk.

Earl Grey was originally a China tea to which oil extracted from the rind of the Bergamot orange is added. This helped protect teas which were once shipped by sea aboard ships from taking on a musty, fishy or tarry flavor. It owes its name to one of its greatest adherents, Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey. The venerable British tea merchant Twinings honored Grey by introducing this by now world famous tea to the market using his name. The key ingredient still used today is a light, China leaf tea with a sweet note and few tannins. Earl Grey is drunk without milk.
Origin: China
Flavour: slightly sweet, a floral note, freh, with a hint of citrus
Green tea is an unfermented tea which is traditionally consumed in Asia, especially in China. The tea’s primary ingredient is a pan fired green chun mee tea from the north-east of China. This tea tastes fresh and is balanced perfectly with a light fruity note reminiscent of passion fruit and lychee. Green teas are becoming more and more popular due to their healthy properties and have become a trendy beverage. Green teas should not be steeped too long because oversteeping cause the tea to become bitter. We recommend steeping for two-minutes.
